NIA Studio — Creation & Content Use

NIA Studio is a creative service operated by Nia Atelier. This page explains, in plain language, how the visuals and concepts created in NIA Studio may be used.
1. Review and selection
Generated Studio visuals and concepts may be reviewed and selected by Nia Atelier.
2. Anonymous display
Nia Atelier may display selected generated visuals anonymously on its website, the NIA Feed, social media, newsletters and other promotional channels.
3. What is never shown
Your name, email address, messages and account details are never shown with a visual.
Personal photos or private reference materials you share with us are not used in marketing.
4. Purchase and ownership
Being selected for marketing does not make a design available for purchase, and it does not transfer ownership of any physical jewellery.
4a. Sharing to the NIA Feed
When you choose to share a design to the NIA Feed, its current image, the name you choose, your profile photo or the NIA monogram, and an optional caption are shown publicly. Your prompts, messages, account details and design history are never shown.
You can remove a post at any time; public copies are deleted, although shared links and previews may take a short time to disappear. Hearts, a daily free Studio creation for sharing, and NIA Picks never make a design available for purchase. Nia Atelier may hide posts that break these rules.
